Damaged or defective items:
Report any damage or defects within 7 days of shipment arrival. Send us pictures to show the damages or defect. Once we have received the pictures, we will determine if the damage is fixable or not. All our models are handmade and most damage is easily fixed by super glue or wood glue. If it's determined to be easily fixable, we will ask you to fix it, since exchanging a new one may cause additional damage. If parts are needed and available, we will send new parts for replacement at no cost. If it's determined non-fixable, we will either send a call tag for the return shipment or ask you to dispose of the ship and then we will send a new replacement at no cost. If a replacement is not available in a reasonable time, we will issue 100% refund for the cost of the item within 3 additional working days.
For other reasons:
Please contact us within 7 days of shipment arrival to get a return authorization number (RA#). You will need to pack the item in the original packaging as securely as the way it came. Write the RA# on top of the package. Ship it back to us at your customer's cost. When we receive the shipment in salable condition, the refund will be processed within 3 working days. A restocking fee of 15% may applied. Shipping cost is nonrefundable.
